During my final year at Birmingham City University, I conducted a study into the concept of post-blackness and whether it was being applied to attitudes towards black style and the personal style narratives of black British women. This was in efforts to test if post-blackness could be considered the next zeitgeist.

HANG-UK Studio is a phygital concept store that hosts a curated selection of emerging South Korean designers. The marketplace will act as an experiential retail space for exploration of South Korean culture, through the mode of fashion. As the name states, with ‘Hanguk’ translating to Korea in Korean, the studio aims to bridge the gap between Korea and the UK.
