During my final year at Birmingham City University, I conducted a study into the concept of post-blackness and whether it was being applied to attitudes towards black style and the personal style narratives of black British women. This was in efforts to test if post-blackness could be considered the next zeitgeist.

As the name states, with ‘Hanguk’ translating to Korea in Korean, the studio aims to bridge the gap between Korea and the UK.
